Speed and expertise. A full-time hire takes 2–3 months to recruit, costs $80k–120k/year, and needs 3–6 months to ramp up. You get production-ready automation in weeks, pay only for what you need, and can scale up or down. Plus, I specialize in modern stacks (Playwright, AI, serverless) that most QA engineers don't know.
Perfect. I'll build the framework and train your team to maintain it. Most teams have manual testers who want to learn automation but don't know where to start. I give them a solid foundation to build on.
Handoff. My goal is to make you self-sufficient. You get complete documentation, training, and support. Your team owns and maintains the tests going forward. Some clients keep me on retainer for ongoing updates, but that's optional.

They shouldn't if built properly. But things happen. That's why I include support periods (30–90 days depending on package) and offer monthly retainers. Most test breakage comes from poor framework design. I build maintainable frameworks that your developers can fix without me.
Simple: Projects under $5k: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Projects over $5k: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% on completion. Retainers: Paid monthly in advance. Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or cryptocurrency (USDT).

I don't do: Infrastructure costs (AWS bills, tool licenses—you pay), Unlimited revisions (2 rounds included, then hourly), Emergency support outside hours ($200/hour rush rate), Feature development (I test code, don't write production code), Requirements gathering (you provide specs), Manual test execution (I build automation).

I work evenings IST (6 PM – 12 AM), which is 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST. Async communication via Slack/email during your business hours. Calls scheduled at mutually convenient times.
